Hey! I’m Catie!
I started cross stitching when I was 8 years old living in Perrysburg, OH and fell in love with the craft. After moving to St Petersburg, FL in 2016, I was so inspired by all the makers and artists in this city that I decided to take my stitching skills more seriously.
I started experimenting with embroidery in 2017, learning all kinds of stitches to give my work more depth and texture. After doubting myself for way too long, I started Catie Unthreaded in 2019; offering all kinds of stitches for all kinds of people.
I am mostly known for the cross stitch portraits but I’m down for any cool stitch ideas you have. Email me so we can get stitchy together!
